Savoy 48
Harrisburg, PA
Savoy is a 48-unit mixed use development just five blocks from the state capitol complex in Harrisburg. The 46,000 sq ft building has been designed with an eye toward sustainability and functionality. The building features a rooftop deck for entertainment and over 6,500 sq ft of commercial space for lease. Savoy 48 provides nine affordable units, and four handicap accessible units to accommodate niche communities.
JMB Gardens
Harrisburg, PA
J.M.B. Gardens, named after Mr. McCoy’s beloved grandparents, is located in the heart of the City of Harrisburg’s Uptown neighborhood. The Gardens is a transit-oriented development with access to several CAT fixed routes, including Route 3 buses. The development is part of a community revitalization strategy and will provide employment opportunities community residents.
Swallow Mansion
Harrisburg, PA
The Swallow Mansion is named after presidential candidate Silas Swallow. Swallow Mansion is 3600 sq.ft. and consists of 4 spacious apartments and one 900 sq.ft. commercial space that features scenic views of the capital complex.
